Some services may have limitations based on the user’s subscription plan, including but not limited to file size limits, number of conversions per day, and access to certain tools.

4. User Registration

5. Payment and Subscription

This ensures that users are promptly informed about the reason for their access revocation, maintaining transparency and clarity in communication.

The Provider disclaims warranties related to service uptime and accuracy of conversions. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or other issues. The Provider’s liability is limited to the last amount paid for the service, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We use third-party services such as Google Analytics, AdSense, Paystack, Flutterwave, PayPal, Lemon Squeezy, Paddle, Cloudflare for monetization, analytics, payments, marketing and security purposes .

PDF.Africa is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. All disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian law, with jurisdiction in Nigerian courts. The Provider’s liability in disputes is limited to the last amount paid by the user for the service.

16. Final Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
